Pipe Boot Leaking?

With the transition to warmer weather, you may notice that some parts of your roof may need attention, namely the pipe boots. Pipe boots are installed around any vent pipe on the roof to help prevent leaking.

Unfortunately, many times roofers will install the cheapest roof boot to help lower cost, but in the long run, this does not save money, as they will need to be replaced sooner than the roof.
